There are many ways to activate and promote your brand(s) through the country's top traveling coffee consumer event, and we are open to creative ways you would like to see your company involved.
A YEAR OF CAFFEINE CRAWL CONSISTS OF:
- Live Caffeine Crawl events hosted in metro areas from coast to coast. Generally 11 or 12 events, including Here & There* Crawls. There's not another specialty coffee event that covers this much of the country.
- We also host a Virtual Caffeine Crawl in late summer. This event is all online and digitally interactive. We select shops and roasters from a variety of pockets around the country, most that haven't hosted on a Crawl before. In addition, use this to highlight coffee pros and other industry insight from experts in coffee and tea.
- Our Recipe Series is a collection of drink recipes created for the home consumer (or barista) in mind to duplicate at home. We have two sets a year. Each one highlighting different businesses. Cards are designed in a theme for each set with the intention of being kitchen keepsakes.
- Our coffee collaborations are opportunities to participate in the projects where we work with a roaster on a special release coffee (or chocolate). We will do 3 or 4 of these in '25.
- Our Members Club is a yearlong membership where individuals get tickets to our events, assorted merchandise, and special offerings. Sponsors are always welcome to share product with these members.
- Weekly we gather up positive and educational news from many sources and post it on our What's Happening page. It's a quick tool for shop owners, baristas, and avid home consumers. We allow sponsors to promote their news on here.
- The new Crawl Talks will debut in '25, and give Yearlong Sponsors an added outlet to be promoted through Caffeine Crawl activities and outreach.
- We launched CAFFEINO, a coffee board game in '23. We will have other printed entertainment opportunities in the near future.
*Our Here & There Caffeine Crawl consists of multiple (4 to 6) mini Crawls in different parts of the country on various Saturdays within a month span. This helps highlight shops and roasters in smaller markets, and/or places we can't get to financially for a larger event. In 2024, we hosted a summer and winter edition covering 8 different states in just these two events.

- Claim the “Official XYZ” sponsor of Caffeine Crawl for a year. This will cover live Crawls, our Virtual Crawl + a variety of added activities and opportunities mentioned above.
- Promotional mailing opportunity to be sent with physical tickets. Ticket holders receive their ticket via mail in a standard #10 envelope. Can utilize for any, or all Crawls. Typically business card or small postcard size is selected. Saves you a lot on targeted mailings using this as a resource, and is a special touch for your brand.
- 6 Instagram features (content approved by us) within the year. If not provided, we create something based on what you are promoting online. These promotions will also carry over to our other social media accounts.
- Be included in our What’s Happening page for one week each quarter. This opportunity allows you to promote a product/service along with other top industry news. Discuss for details as '25 has moved to video and social media interaction.
- Your company logo and link will be above all levels for each Crawl in the 12 month timeframe on the website and event programs. On the website the logo will always include a link.
- Special collage graphic with link promoting your business on the Caffeine Crawl homepage for the 12 months.
- Get the word out for your holiday promotions at the end of the year. Opportunity to be included in the seasonal special gift guide, known as Holiday Highlights, offering email and social media blasts that goes out starting after Thanksgiving running for at least three weeks to a nationwide audience.
- A promotional sentence or two on an email blast 3x a year. Can select region or focus.
- Full size ad + link on Caffeine Crawl homepage for 30 days, and can be broken into 3 - 10 days if preferred. The ad is 2000 x 600.
- 15 comp tickets over the Caffeine Crawl year. Available for use by your staff, local clients/accounts/customers, and social media giveaways (re-promoted by Caffeine Crawl). *Please keep us posted if desiring to use more than 4 tickets on an individual Crawl.
- Opportunity to include product/material in event bags that every ticket holder receives. In addition, we can add to thank you package for each participating shop/roaster on Caffeine Crawls.
- Opportunity to host, or co-host, a stop on a Caffeine Crawl where you have an office or partnership. Focus must still relate to coffee, tea, or chocolate. An additional 5 minutes at your stops on this event. *Must be locked in before routes are finalized, generally 5+ weeks before that Caffeine Crawl.
- Limited spots are available (first come, first serve) but each Yearlong Sponsor will get to select their name to be “Presented By” for areas of Caffeine Crawl activities and actions. Ask to see list.
- Other added opportunities based on your outreach focus.
