THIS EVENT FOR THE TICKET HOLDER:
In typical Caffeine Crawl philosophy and culture we encourage you to enjoy your route(s) whether with friends hosting your own watch party, solo outside at your favorite peaceful spot, during breaks at work, or whatever feels good to you. This event will run from July 19th to August 1st, and we
will add new content from quizzes, challenges and wacky insight to receive prizes.

Each route has 9 different businesses from coast-to-coast working within craft coffee, tea, and chocolate. Each one sharing videos that are educational and entertaining. The routes have been put together by topics to avoid overlap, locations of operation to create a diverse landscape, and include enjoyable and interesting content from our sponsors in addition to the lineup on each route. Some of the participating shops have included discounts on items online, and those are included in the routes. Each route purchase comes with a commemorative ticket mailed to you as a keepsake. There are 3 different ticket choices including a VIP option that comes with a gift box.

As always, grab your caffeine-loving friends and join us online. Select the route, or routes, that interest you the most. We're excited to have you a part of this, and let's add some happiness to a rough year.
In typical Caffeine Crawl philosophy and culture we encourage you to enjoy your route(s) whether with friends hosting your own watch party, solo outside at your favorite peaceful spot, during breaks at work, or whatever feels good to you. There will be two different routes. Each one will run for a whole week, running back to back. Each route will feature 8 different coffee companies and 1 chocolatier spreading from coast-to-coast. Each company has supplied an educational video for you to watch that is unique to this event. Some have supplied limited discount codes for ordering from their online store. Ticket for routes also include a Caffeine Crawl discount, plus one prize package for each route.

Each route purchase comes with a commemorative ticket mailed to you as a keepsake. Then, there's the VIP route, which includes access to both routes and a gift box from us and sponsors to these 50 ticket holders.

HOW WE GOT HERE:
Last year while almost all events were cancelled or went online only Caffeine Crawl was able to have very small live events in a few select locations. We thought a Virtual Caffeine Crawl could be enjoyable for both shop owners and coffee, tea, and chocolate lovers. A twist was added to follow our mission of highlighting and bringing awareness to local craft/specialty places, and therefore we selected only businesses that have not been able to host on a Caffeine Crawl due to location. We literally have places from coast-to-coast and 3,000 miles apart from one another participating.

Our Virtual Caffeine Crawl 2020 went so well that our plan is to make this an annual event and continue to put a spotlight on shops and businesses that are generally in parts of the country that don't have major coffee and tea events. For this 2021 version we have 18 different places, which will be divided into a route 1 (July 19-25) and route 2 (July 26-Aug 1).

1) Everyone can join in from the comfort of their liking. 2) Local businesses from around the country can participate no matter if in a town of 1,000 or the busiest shop in Atlanta. 3) A ticket price that is cheap, yet full of entertainment.

MOVING FORWARD:
We have seriously felt so appreciative and blessed to continue our Caffeine Crawl while nothing else in coffee or tea has been able to come together. Yes, we've had to downsize, spend many more hours in safety prep, and so on, but we've felt like it has been our responsibility to create a safe entertainment in times like this. Caffeine Crawl has truly been the only event in the industry creating real life community and bringing consumer dollars to local shops during all this.

HOW DO WE PARTICIPATE AND BECOME 1 OF THE 18:
- We do NOT charge shops/businesses to participate. What is required is the following:
1) Create a 5 minute video (or 2 to 3 different ones, but must be in 5 minute segments) that acts as a presentation of educational and/or entertaining information. It can focus on brewing/steeping, roasting, origin information, recipe creation, how-to at home, fun facts, etc. *For those on route 1 the video has to be sent to us by the July 14th deadline. **For those on route 2 the video has to be sent to us by the July 21st deadline. File size(s) must be under 1 Gig to be able to post online.
2) Create an online discount where they can order from your site and we promote that to not only ticket holders, but our large nationwide audience. Feel free to create a unique code for ticket holders only. *The item does not have to relate to your video at all.
3) Send us your logo, social media handles, and preferred promotional link (website, IG, Facebook, etc) so we can create the graphic example shown below highlighting your business.
4) We will sell tickets for access to these videos and promotions. The site will have a private URL for ticket holders, sponsors, and participating businesses only. One of the ticket packages will include a gift box of items from sponsors, Caffeine Crawl, and participating businesses. If interested, we are looking at a quantity of 100 lighter weight items to keep shipping cost low. If coffee or tea, 2oz samples are preferred.

5) Your commitment to do the above and see it through.

WHAT DO WE GET FROM THIS?:
- Wondering, "We know it's free besides the time put into it, and we can donate items for ticket holders, but remind us what the benefits are?"
For participating as 1 of the 18 selected businesses you will receive free promotions of your business not only to one of the biggest national targeted consumer audience in this category, but also a regional push in your area. We will promote both your online and brick and mortar side of your business. This will lead to increased sales, social media number jumps, etc., all creating an easy ROI. Review an example of our ROI here. In addition, each participating business will receive a special thank you gift box from us.
