Questionnaire and RSVP ~ Caffeine Crawl for Des Moines and Ames
November 7th ~ Proposed Locations:
• Des Moines
• Ames
We're starting the planning for the 1st Caffeine Crawl in Iowa. This will take place Saturday, November 7th, and we are working towards a route or two in Des Moines and one in Ames. Each Des Moines participating location will have 1 or 2 route stops maxing out at 15 attendees each route and a 25-30 minute timeslot for each of those stop(s).
We have hosted nearly 100 Caffeine Crawls across the country, and are based in Kansas City. In addition, before this event we will have our 5th Caffeine Crawl since COVID, and have taken safety precautions to make these events as safe as possible during these tough times. Attendees are to have masks, many participating shops are hosting outdoors, attendees are bringing their own sanitizer and/or foam soap in between stops and our group sizes have been reduced from 25 to 15, plus distancing between attendees that didn't come with one another (most are in a party of 2+).
See below the questionnaire/RSVP on what is expected to participate. It does NOT cost to participate. Each participating shop/roaster will receive promotions from us and a gift set of goodies. To avoid lengthy emails, or piling up in your inbox, we're doing an online informational questionnaire/RSVP to make it easier on your end. Please complete the form below to confirm your business's participation in this Caffeine Crawl, and we'll follow up based on your answers.
RSVP IS FIRST COME, FIRST TO GET CONFIRMED.
Thanks so much.

A few reminders:
- It doesn't cost anything for a business to participate. The short version is each participating location is to provide a drink or chocolate (if chocolatier) sample and talk/demo/presentation during the 25 minutes (longer if a sponsor and want extra time) the group/route is at their location.
- Group sizes for a full route is 15 people (think 5 to 7 groups of 2/3) and a tour guide. Your time as a participating shop/roaster is approved by you before everything goes live.
- We have produced 98 Caffeine Crawls to date, and this will be number 101, so we like to think we have this down to a science even among the current hurdles. More details can be found here, but do NOT hesitate to ask questions.
