Questionnaire and RSVP ~ Caffeine Crawl Omaha
Saturday, June 27
INSIGHT:
We've spent numerous hours looking over other event plans across state-to-state for functions with 25-75+ people together at once (music events, youth sports tournaments, community meetings, etc.) to come up with a plan to move forward with Caffeine Crawls.
CHANGES:
• Route (group) sizes will be smaller with 17* people maxing out a route even though we can have 25.
• Stops can still be 25 or 30 minutes long, but if you feel like you want more or less time PLEASE let us know.
• You can request the number of stops you think you can handle.
• We will communicate with ticket holders numerous times on proper gear for this timeframe based on Omaha guidelines. Regardless, we'll encourage sanitizer and washing hands like on our other May/June Crawls.
• No attendee event bags, but you can handout whatever you want, and we can mail material.
PARTICIPATING:
There will be no pressure to participate if you aren't comfortable to do so.
Below are a series of quick questions that will help us map this event out.
WHAT YOU GET OUT OF PARTICIPATING:
Lots of positive attention and brand/business awareness with consumers among the largest local consumer audience for the industry. Have you ever viewed our participation ROI? There's not another event in the country for specialty coffee and tea that brings so many consumers to independent businesses. It not only introduces and connects consumers to industry pros and businesses, but also helps educate them to make wiser, faster, and more frequent buying decisions. As we've all experienced, without customers there's no revenue.
Whether participating or not, please let us know, and fill out the quick questionnaire/RSVP below. We'll follow up based on your answers.
Thanks so much. - Jason Burton
