- Get a head count often to make sure everyone is there.
- Give your group parking tips before leaving and bathroom pointers (be kind to your bladder).

At Each Stop -
- Get a head count before leaving your first stop and try to start each stop within 5 minutes of the designated time. There are some shops that run short and you can use that to catch up if needed.
- Think about where you are headed next before you leave (direction, parking, etc.).
- I try to say hello to the presenter real quick when I arrive. I’ll remind them we’re here until X:XX. Often others beat me there, and that’s ok. It’ll be a natural flow for you.
- I try to give each stop a 5 minute head’s up before we need to leave.
- I point out where bathrooms are to your group. Maybe look around and scope them out and mention this during any silence especially with some many shops hosting outside.
- Time between shops should be enough, but some people are slower than others. We have more overall time in between stops for routes this year.
- Have a list of questions in mind to ask, but here are some reliable ones.
- Ask who waited for the Crawl to have your first cup of coffee for the day?
- Which shops do you frequent in town - any new to you on this route? How many are from out of town - how far did you travel to attend, etc?
- What do you love about the local coffee scene? What did you think of the last stop, or even other Crawls?
- How do you brew at home, or better yet what are your hesitations of brewing say a pourover at home?
- IG password will be "coteam".
- Only post to IG. Jason will go back in and hit share to Twitter and grab every post from the team and post on Facebook, too.
- For your IG post you’ll want to capture 1-2 decent pics (if you have more don’t post on the Crawl social so it seems fair for all shops) along with 2 sentences capturing some highlights - who served what, any specific or unique details, history or info on place that is unique, interesting sound bite that was presented, etc. Some place will have a lot of info so try to pick a portion of that. ALWAYS A POSITIVE POST.
- You can post during or after that stop or wait until your route is done.

Social media example for Instagram - Name of barista greeted us with a presentation on their shop's history and how they went from a shop to roasting their own beans. We sampled a new single origin from them - a Peru natural process. This was brewed on a Chemex for us.
