The ritual of drinking at great coffee or tea shops, or nibbling on the best craft chocolate embraces us. It draws us together, which is why The LAB developed Caffeine Crawl in 2011. This event bridges the gap between those behind the daily professional activity within these industries, and the enthusiasts of quality-driven coffee, tea, juice, and chocolate. There’s not another traveling event like Caffeine Crawl connecting professionals and consumers within local communities in a fun, educational, and interactive environment.

Now 2020 is here and it has added challenges to all our lives. We knew Caffeine Crawl #100 was going to be this year, and we were working on the idea of where that would be. It had to be special. Once April came around we had to change that planning. In an odd way, we feel like we really made some tasty lemonade out of these lemons. Caffeine Crawl #100 will feature places from coast-to-coast, and a whole new lineup. There will be no cap on attendance, and it won't matter where they live. Caffeine Crawl will make this first Virtual Caffeine Crawl magical!

Caffeine Crawl sponsors represent many professions just like our audience, but each one supports the community vision, and sees Caffeine Crawl as a strong way to connect with our diverse and targeted demographic. Our sponsorship marketing is one-of-a-kind for this industry, and last longer than the actual event date giving each sponsor longer outreach and higher rates of success.

Gold Level: $400 for this Crawl // Only 6 spots
- Exclusive product discount deal for this event's promotions. Can be 1) Marketed via all our promotional media and on the event website. 2) Can be marketed to only those participating in the event making it more exclusive. Usually is a promo code, or call to action link. 
- 1 week long run on our "What's Happening" page on our website. This is a page with a rotation of beverage news, deals, announcements around the country, etc. A 300x300 square size visual, click link, plus social media push will be part of the promotion. 
- We encourage you to submit a video to be part of the routes and experience of educational and entertaining videos. At this level, your company's video will be posted on all 3 routes. This is not a video ad, but can certainly highlight your product/service tastefully.
- Half size ad + link on Caffeine Crawl homepage for 15 days. Ad is 180 x 180.
- Opportunity to be included in the seasonal special gift offering email and social media blast that goes out on Cyber Monday. Location by sponsorship level, and goes out nationwide.
- Free access to all 3 routes for you and your team.
​- Opportunity to include product/material in our VIP ticket holder Virtual 100 Box. VIP ticket holders will receive a shipped gift box with a variety of merch and products from us and other sponsors, similar to a Birch Box. Quantity estimate 50-100.
- Logo and link on CaffeineCrawl.com event page. Location by sponsorship level. Sponsor names are the only names in bold, or called out.
- Social media mentions on our very active Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts. Frequency by sponsorship.



Silver Level: $150 for this Crawl // Only 12 spots
