Questionnaire and RSVP ~ Caffeine Crawl Kansas City
Fall Event
November 14-15 and 21-22
We're starting the planning for our fall Caffeine Crawl in Greater Kansas City. This will take place over two weekends in order to get everyone involved and keep crowd control (route sizes) to a safe number each route. Participating shops will only be involved one day unless they are interested in multiple days.
We have hosted Crawls here in KC (April/May), Omaha, Lawrence, NW Arkansas, and Colorado (5 places) since COVID, and haven't had any issues at all. We implemented a plan right away including a must have a mask policy, reducing route sizes down to 15*, distancing on routes, hosting outside when you can, tour guides have hand sanitizer, plus we encourage attendees to have sanitizer and/or foam soap in their vehicle between stops.. If flu or COVID numbers increase close to this event we will also take temps before the start of each route.
*Most people attend with a plus 1. Route size of 15 is basically groups of 5-7 versus 15 strangers, and keeping risk lower.
See below the questionnaire/RSVP on what is expected to participate. It does NOT cost to participate. Each participating shop/roaster will receive promotions from us and a gift set of goodies. To avoid lengthy emails, or piling up in your inbox, we're doing an online informational questionnaire/RSVP to make it easier on your end. Please complete the form below to confirm your business's participation in this Caffeine Crawl, and we'll follow up based on your answers.
Thanks so much.

A few reminders:
- It doesn't cost anything for a business to participate. The short version is each participating location is to provide a drink or chocolate (if chocolatier) sample and talk/demo/presentation during the 25 minutes (longer if a sponsor and want extra time) the group/route is at their location.
- Group sizes for a full route is 15 people (think 5 to 7 groups of 2/3) and a tour guide. Your time as a participating shop/roaster is approved by you before everything goes live.
- We have produced 99 Caffeine Crawls to date, and this will be number 101, so we like to think we have this down to a science even among the current hurdles. More details can be found here, but do NOT hesitate to ask questions.
