The ritual of drinking at great coffee or tea shops, or nibbling on the best craft chocolate embraces us. It draws us together, which is why The LAB developed Caffeine Crawl in 2011. This event bridges the gap between those behind the daily professional activity within these industries, and the enthusiasts of quality-driven coffee, tea, juice, and chocolate. There’s not another traveling event like Caffeine Crawl connecting professionals and consumers within local communities in a fun, educational, and interactive environment.

Caffeine Crawl sponsors represent many professions just like our audience, but each one supports the community vision, and sees Caffeine Crawl as a strong way to connect with our diverse and targeted demographic. Our sponsorship marketing is one-of-a-kind for this industry, and last longer than the actual event date giving each sponsor longer outreach and higher rates of success. The following information covers partnership opportunities for 2020 Caffeine Crawls.

What does Roundtable look like:
It's the missing seat at the industry table. This is a new feature to Caffeine Crawl focusing on the drink industry audience. Our events encompass both coffee, tea, ad chocolate professionals and consumers of those products alike. What is missing in a lot of these markets still is a gathering place for the industry professionals to learn and engage with one another at no extra cost, or very minimal compared to national events and tradeshows. It's challenging to visit at Latte Art Throwdowns and other brewing events. Caffeine Crawl Roundtable is the answer to connect bringing us together for growth, comfort, curiosity and business endeavors. Roundtable can be a Q&A session, show and tell set-up, breakfast syposium, or any other creative get together matching the above objectives.

Availability to host:
Official Yearlong sponsors, Platunum Level,  and Gold Level in order by level can host per Crawl. Each Roundtable will be custom created for that Caffeine Crawl event, and the sponsorship partners involved. We encourage a partnership of more than one sponsor, if interested, to team up and work together to create a larger targeted audience of industry members. Ideally needs to be planned 6+ weeks before that Caffeine Crawl.
Official Yearlong Sponsor - Product or Service:
$3,250 covering 12 months of Caffeine Crawls
- Claim the Official “X” Sponsor of Caffeine Crawl for the next 12 months. The title name replacing "X" can reference a service or product related to your business based on our approval to make sure it fits within the respect of our audience.
- Logo and link above Platinum Level for each Crawl in the 12 months on the website, and logo on each program for those Crawls as designated Official Level.
- Promotional mailing opportunity to be sent with physical tickets. Ticket holder receives their ticket via mail in a standard #10 envelope, and only 4 sponsors (first come, first serve) per Crawl will get to add items to the mailings before each actual Caffeine Crawl. Can utilize for any or all Crawls. Typically business card or small postcard size is selected.
- Full size ad + link on Caffeine Crawl homepage for 90 days. Ad is 180 x 360. In addition, half size ad on homepage for 45 days. Ad is 180 x 180.
- 1 Instagram feature (content approved by us) per month.

- Special collage graphic promoting your business on the Caffeine Crawl homepage for the 12 months.
- Opportunity to host and/or be part of Caffeine Crawl Roundtable, a side event focused more on industry talk and outreach within the coffee industry, and professional audience. Event can even take place a week or two after the Crawl with our promotional help remotely. This is a new 2020 item, and will be subject to health regulation guidelines due to COVID-19. Also, opportunity to host either an After Crawl Party, mini-competition, or pre-event Breakfast.

- Opportunity to be included in the seasonal special gift offering email and social media blast that goes out on Cyber Monday. Location by sponsorship level, and goes out nationwide. Extra bonus push for Official Level candidates.
- 2 comp tickets per Caffeine Crawl available for use by your staff, local clients/accounts and/or customer, and social media giveaways (promoted by Caffeine Crawl). Can accumulate tickets, but please keep us posted if desiring to do so.
- 30% off discount on any additional tickets for any Caffeine Crawls. Sometimes used by accounts and traveling doing research.
- 5 free entries on a 2020 Coffee, Tea, and Chocolate Guide (online resource for consumers to various cities). Can be used and gifted to accounts. Our goal is to have 30 completed throughout 2020.
- Opportunity to host a stop in a host city where you have an office or partnership. Focus must still relate to coffee, tea, or chocolate. An additional 5 minutes at your stops on Caffeine Crawl, also. Must be locked in before routes are finalized, generally 6+ weeks before that Caffeine Crawl.

- Opportunity to include product/material in event bags that every ticket holder receives.
- Social media mentions on our very active Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts. Frequency by sponsorship, so among highest frequency.
- Mention of your company in national event press release tied in with your product and/or service. We can’t control what is written, but our press coverage is very impressive.
