Our sponsorship opportunities range from single events to a yearlong offering. Below you will find a list of the ways your business can be recognized throughout the marketing and promotion of the Caffeine Crawl events. There are many ways to activate and promote your brand(s) through the country's top traveling coffee consumer event, and we are open to creative ways you would like to see your company involved. 
OFFICIAL YEARLONG SPONSOR ($4,000) ONLY 1 SPOT PER BUSINESS CATEGORY
Sponsorship is valid for 365 days.
  • Claim the “Official XYZ” sponsor of Caffeine Crawl for 2022 going into 2023. This will cover live Crawls, our Virtual Crawl + a variety of added activities and opportunities.    
  • Promotional mailing opportunity to be sent with physical tickets. Ticket holders receive their ticket via mail in a standard #10 envelope. Can utilize for any, or all Crawls. Typically business card or small postcard size is selected. Saves you a lot on targeted mailings. 
  • 10 Instagram features (content approved by us) within the year. If not provided, we create something based on what you are promoting online. These promotions will also carry over to our Facebook and Twitter accounts.
  • Be included in our What’s Happening page for one week each quarter. This opportunity allows you to promote a product/service along with other top industry news. Image ad is 300x300 with link. ​   
  • Your company logo and link will be above all levels for each Crawl in the 12 month timeframe on the website and event programs. On the website the logo will always include a link.    
  • Special collage graphic with link promoting your business on the Caffeine Crawl homepage for the 12 months.    Opportunity to be included in the seasonal special gift guide, known as Holiday Highlights, offering email and social media blasts that go out starting on Cyber Monday to a nationwide audience. Placement by sponsorship level.    
  • 15 comp tickets over the Caffeine Crawl year. Available for use by your staff, local clients/accounts/customers, and social media giveaways (re-promoted by Caffeine Crawl). *Please keep us posted if desiring to use more than 3 tickets on an individual Crawl.    
  • ​Opportunity to include product/material in event bags that every ticket holder receives.​ In addition, we can add to thank you package for each participating shop/roaster on Caffeine Crawls.
  • Opportunity to host, or co-host, a stop on a Caffeine Crawl where you have an office or partnership. Focus must still relate to coffee, tea, or chocolate. An additional 5 minutes at your stops on this event. *Must be locked in before routes are finalized, generally 5+ weeks before that Caffeine Crawl.
  • ​​​Social media mentions on our very active Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts. Frequency by sponsorship.​
    NEW ADDITIONS 
  • Caffeine Crawl will be releasing its first series of a board game in late fall of 2022. Following Yearlong Sponsors will receive a cameo in the actual game. 
  • Limited spots are available (first come, first serve) but each Yearlong Sponsor will get to select their name to be “Presented By” for areas of Caffeine Crawl activities and actions. Ask to see list. 

INDIVIDUAL CAFFEINE CRAWL SPONSORSHIPS
PLATINUM ($1,500) ONLY 1 SPOT PER CRAWL
  • Top sponsor for that Caffeine Crawl event. Only 1 Platinum spot available for each individual Caffeine Crawl. 
  • Promotional mailing opportunity to be sent with physical tickets. Ticket holders receive their ticket via mail in a standard #10 envelope. Can utilize for any, or all Crawls. Typically business card or small postcard size is selected. Saves you a lot on targeted mailings using this as a resource. 
  • Exclusive product discount deal for event promotions. Will be marketed multiple times via all our promotional media announcing this specific deal, plus on the event website. Usually it is a promo code, or call to action link. Can be adjusted to target for what you need. We have other options if your promotion desires a smaller audience, geared towards industry or consumer only, etc.
  • Only sponsor logo on actual Caffeine Crawl tickets for this event. In addition, logo “thanks” on Barista Magazine ad during the event issue period.
  • A promotional sentence on our email blast for the event. Two opportunities, meaning two different email blasts.
  • Opportunity to be included in the seasonal special gift guide, known as Holiday Highlights, offering email and social media blasts that go out starting on Cyber Monday to a nationwide audience. Placement by sponsorship level.    
  • Full size ad + link on Caffeine Crawl homepage for 15 days. The ad is 180 x 360.
  • 4 comp tickets to this Caffeine Crawl available for use by your staff, local clients/accounts and/or customer, and social media giveaways (promoted by Caffeine Crawl). 
  • 2 separate 1 week runs on our “What’s Happening” site. This opportunity allows you to promote a product/service along with other top industry news. Image ad is 300x300 with a link. ​
  • Post event survey called “Fun With Fans” where we ask a question, collect data/answers, and can share information to you. 
  • We'll assure you'll get an additional 5 minutes at your route stops on Caffeine Crawl, if desired. Must be locked in before routes are finalized. Opportunity to request 1 additional shop to participate on the Caffeine Crawl. Typically an account. ​ 
  • ​Opportunity to include product/material in event bags that every ticket holder receives.​
  • Logo and link on CaffeineCrawl.com event page, plus logo/link on each route online program. Location by sponsorship level. 
  • ​​A series of 2 social media promotions, which includes Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (stories, too). 1 per week, and can carry over to post-event based on start time. Plus, additional social media mentions of your event involvement on our very active Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts. Frequency by sponsorship. ​
LEVEL 1 ($800)
