The ritual of drinking at great coffee or tea shops, or nibbling on the best craft chocolate embraces us. It draws us together, which is why The LAB developed Caffeine Crawl in 2011. This event bridges the gap between those behind the daily professional activity within these industries, and the enthusiasts of quality-driven coffee, tea, juice, and chocolate. There’s not another traveling event like Caffeine Crawl connecting professionals and consumers within local communities in a fun, educational, and interactive environment.

Caffeine Crawl sponsors represent many professions just like our audience, but each one supports the community vision, and sees Caffeine Crawl as a strong way to connect with our diverse and targeted demographic. Our sponsorship marketing is one-of-a-kind for this industry, and last longer than the actual event date giving each sponsor longer outreach and higher rates of success. The following information covers partnership opportunities for 2020 Caffeine Crawl at a reduced rate due to COVID-19.

More than any other professional coffee related event.

- Over 13,000 social media followers with an average of 3 daily posts on each of the 3 sources. #CaffeineCrawl has been used over 10,000 times on Instagram alone across the globe, and has become a term within coffee lover’s culture.

- Our email lists are specific to areas and regions helping to attract Caffeine Crawl sponsors and participating shops to utilize their partnership with an increased outreach beyond our social media and press coverage.

- Caffeinecrawl.com has over 35,000 website visitor’s monthly with an average of 3.1 page visits.

For this Memphis event, marketing will center around not only Greater Memphis, but also extend to our Arkansas, southern Missouri audience via online and direct marketing.

- Exclusive product discount deal for event promotions. Will be marketed via all our promotional media announcing this specific deal multiple times, plus on the event website. Usually is a promo code, or call to action link. Can be adjusted to target for what you need. We have other options if your promotion desires a smaller audience, geared towards industry or consumer only, etc.
- Promotional mailing opportunity to be sent with physical tickets. Ticket holder receive their ticket via mail in a standard #10 envelope, and only 4 sponsors (first come, first serve) will get to add items to the mailings before the actual Caffeine Crawl. Typically business card or small postcard size is selected.
- Full size ad + link on Caffeine Crawl homepage for 30 days. Ad is 180 x 360.
- Opportunity to be included in the seasonal special gift offering email and social media blast that goes out on Cyber Monday. Location by sponsorship level, and goes out nationwide.
​- 4 comp tickets to this Caffeine Crawl available for use by your staff, local clients/accounts and/or customer, and social media giveaways (promoted by Caffeine Crawl).
- A series of 3 social media promotions, which includes Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (stories, too). 
1 per week, and can carry over to post-event based on start time.
- We'll assure you'll get the additional 5 minutes at your stops on Caffeine Crawl. Must be locked in before routes are finalized. Opportunity to request 2 additional shops to participate on the Caffeine Crawl. Typically accounts.

- 2 separate 1 week runs on our "What's Happening" page on our website. This is a page with a rotation of beverage news, deals, announcements around the country, etc. A 300x300 square size visual, click link, plus social media push will be part of the promotion.
