INDIANAPOLIS 2023 - Route 1 SOLD OUTRoute 1 is sold out. This Indianapolis route 1 takes place on Saturday, November 11th and visits 5 different stops. Route runs from 8:30am - 12:05pm. • It starts at Silver Linings Coffeehouse (700 Main St, Beech Grove, IN 46107) at 8:30am, sharp! Other stops include Normal Coffee, Helm Coffee, Lincoln Lane Coffee, and ends at The Spark Coffee. Total distance of this route is 13 miles and is a self driving route. Route map - https://bit.ly/45cxEHn. This route starts on the south and east side of the city, and is a great option for those interested in that location start. It moves its way through the city to the Speedway. Ticket purchase includes handling and shipping costs of ticket(s). 
INDIANAPOLIS 2023 - Route 3 SOLD OUTRoute 3 is sold out. This Indianapolis route 3 takes place on Saturday, November 11th and visits 5 different stops. Route runs from 10:30am - 2:00pm. • It starts at Blue Mind Roasting (646 E 38th St, Indianapolis, IN 46205) at 10:30am, sharp! Other stops include Tea's Me Cafe (Tarkington location), Foundry Provisions, Tinker Coffee (Market St. location), and ends at Bovaconti Coffee. INDIANAPOLIS 2023 - Route 2 SOLD OUTRoute 2 is sold out. This Indianapolis route 2 takes place on Saturday, November 11th and visits 5 different stops. Route runs from 8:30am - 12:10pm. • It starts at Indie Coffee Roasters (Roasting facility, 474 Gradle Dr, Carmel, IN 46032) at 8:30am, sharp! Other stops include The Haverstick, Illumine Coffee Co., Parlor Public House, and ends at Tinker Coffee (Market St. location). Total distance of this route is 26 miles and is a self driving route. Route map - https://bit.ly/3LJ3WCU. This route is an excellent option if wanting to start north of the city, and come into the city for post-Crawl lunch or outing. We have reduced the cost due to travel distance, but total driving time isn't high due to access off highway. Ticket purchase includes handling and shipping costs of ticket(s). 
INDIANAPOLIS 2023 - Mini RouteThis Indianapolis mini route takes place on Saturday, November 11th with 3 different stop options. An individual can purchase their route experience to 1 stop, 2 stops, or all 3. Route stop times are not flexible, and are defined with the stop options listed below. - You will receive a confirmation receipt email within 36 hours after your ticket purchase. Be sure to check the email you bought the tickets from, including your spam folder especially GMAIL accounts. Future event communications will be sent to that email. Your physical ticket(s) will be mailed to you (unless within 5 days of the event, in which case they will be emailed as a PDF and held for you at will call with your route tour guide at the start of the event).
- Tickets include admittance to all stops on your selected route during the designated times (includes a drink and/or chocolate sample, and educational presentation at each stop). All drink, and even edible, samples are at the discretion of participating shops, and planned ahead of time by their team and staff.
- You will receive an online program emailed to you the week of the event. Be sure to check the email you bought the tickets from.
- Children are welcome, and there are sometimes caffeine-free options. There are occasionally alcohol-based coffee drinks. All drinks are at the discretion of participating shops. If you plan to bring a child please contact us first, in reference to ticket need, etc., so we aware for spacing. Please and thank you!
- Each stop along the route has a set start and end time that was confirmed with that business. This is to keep the event organized, and give each ticket holder the best experience possible. Please be prepared to stay on schedule and follow cues from your tour guide, as there will be multiple routes in operation at once.
- Tickets are non-refundable. Same situation as a concert, sporting event, or any other event.
- It doesn't happen often, but there have been shops on Caffeine Crawls that have adjusted their location, closed down, or had a business emergency in between route planning and the actual Caffeine Crawl. We do the best we can to rearrange and fill that void, or reimburse that portion.
- Caffeine Crawl and The LAB will not be held responsible for any travel-related incidents while attending Caffeine Crawl. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the Terms & Conditions, maintaining full responsibility for your personal and vehicular safety, and your own items, while traveling between shops by foot, car, bus, city transportation, or bicycle.
