***DEADLINE IS JULY 8TH FOR US TO RECEIVE MATERIAL***
TO BE INCLUDED IT IS FIRST TO CONFIRM, FIRST IN.
HOW WE GOT HERE:
In mid-2020 while almost all events were cancelled or went online only, Caffeine Crawl was able to have very small live and safe events in a few select locations. This didn't feel like enough, and we wanted to continue connecting larger audiences of consumers to local shops in their area. The concept and layout of Caffeine Crawl took a virtual event approach, and received a lot of positive feedback from the first event. It not only continued the Caffeine Crawl pattern of building awareness and revenue for the participating businesses, but allowed more industry pros to take time and see in more depth what others were doing during these challenging times. In addition, we only selected coffee, tea, and chocolate businesses that have not been able to host on a Caffeine Crawl. We literally had places from coast-to-coast and 3,000 miles apart from one another in that lineup.
We decided to make this an annual event, learn and get better at what we do, and most importantly highlight businesses that might be in smaller cities, more remote areas, or even in our largest cities, but new to the game. For this 2022 Virtual Caffeine Crawl we are looking for 18 different places, which will be divided into 2 different routes. creating more interest over a few weeks in July and August.
WHAT DO YOU GET FROM THIS?:
For participating as 1 of the 18 selected businesses you will receive free promotions of your business not only to one of the biggest national targeted consumer audience in this category, but also a regional push in your area. We will promote both your online and brick and mortar side of your business. This will lead to increased sales, social media number jumps, etc., all creating an easy ROI. We will also do a push of your business during December for the holidays.

HOW DO WE PARTICIPATE AND BECOME 1 OF THE 18:
- We do NOT charge shops/businesses to participate. What is required is the following:
1) Create a 5 minute video (or 2 to 3 different ones, but must be in 5 minute segments) that acts as a presentation of educational and/or entertaining information. Topics are listed below, which we'll have each interested place secure their direction so there's less overlap. We can except videos via Dropbox or Google Drives.
2) OPTIONAL: Create an online discount where consumers can order from your site, and we promote with your choice of - 1) Ticket holders only, so about 200.
