This particular sponsorship page is for the summer Here & There events. There will be at least five different Here & There event as part of this summer series, each in a different state. Below you will find a list of the ways your business can be recognized throughout the marketing and promotion of the Caffeine Crawl events. There's an option (Platinum Level) that covers all of the events, and three other Level options for individual events. There are many ways to activate and promote your brand(s) through the country's top traveling coffee consumer event, and we are open to creative ways you would like to see your company involved. 

CAFFEINE CRAWL - SUMMER HERE & THERE SPONSORSHIP
PLATINUM ($1,600) ONLY 1 SPOT FOR ALL THE SUMMER HERE & THERE CRAWLS  -  PRINTABLE VERSION

  • Top sponsor for this Summer Here & There Caffeine Crawl event. Only 1 Platinum spot available for each individual Caffeine Crawl.​ Covers all the five or more markets/regions.
  • Promotional mailing opportunity to be sent with physical tickets. Ticket holders receive their ticket via mail in a standard #10 envelope. Typically business card or small postcard size is selected. Saves you a lot on targeted mailings using this as a resource, and is a special touch for your brand. Quantity approx. 100.
  • Exclusive product discount deal for event promotions. Will be marketed multiple times via all our promotional media announcing this specific deal, plus on the event website. Usually it is a promo code, or call to action link. Can be adjusted to target for what you need. We have other options if your promotion desires a smaller audience, geared towards industry or consumer only, etc.
  • Only sponsor logo on actual Caffeine Crawl tickets for that event. In addition, logo “thanks” on Barista Magazine ad right after the event issue period.
  • A promotional sentence or two on our email blast for the event. Two opportunities, meaning two different email blasts.
  • Get the word out for your holiday promotions at the end of the year. Opportunity to be included in the seasonal special gift guide, known as Holiday Highlights, offering email and social media blasts that goes out starting after Thanksgiving running for at least three weeks to a nationwide audience.​
  • Full size ad + link on Caffeine Crawl homepage for 15 days. The ad is 2000 x 600.
  • 6 comp tickets to these multiple Crawls for use by your staff, local clients/accounts and/or customer, and social media giveaways (promoted by Caffeine Crawl). No more than 3 can be used for a city, needs to be distributed a little.​
  • NEW: Opportunity to be part of an extended experience hosting on this Caffeine Crawl as a stop on a Session opposed to a route. A Session will only have 2 or 3 focused stops with each one hosting an hour or longer; allowing a deeper dive into their brand. These Sessions can handle more attendees, also. 
  • Post event survey called “Fun With Fans” where we ask a question, collect data/answers, and can share information to you. 
  • We'll assure you'll get an additional 5 minutes at your route stops on Caffeine Crawl, if desired. Must be locked in before routes are finalized. Opportunity to request 1 additional shop to participate on the Caffeine Crawl. Typically an account. ​ 
  • ​Opportunity to include product/material in event bags that every ticket holder receives.​
  • Logo and link on CaffeineCrawl.com event page, plus logo/link on each route online program. Location by sponsorship level. 
  • ​​​Social media mentions on our very active Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and X accounts. Frequency by sponsorship.

FOR INDIVIDUAL HERE & THERE EVENTS

LEVEL 1 ($500)  -  PRINTABLE VERSION
  • Exclusive product discount deal for event promotions. Will be marketed multiple times via all our promotional media announcing this specific deal, plus on the event website. More than any other professional coffee related event.

- Highly active on Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, and Threads with an average of 3 daily posts between them. No other coffee or tea industry event covers and promotes the small business industry with this frequency, thus, continuing a unique and positivie experience. On Caffeine Crawl events each shop receives a post prior to the event and on the event each.

- Our email lists are specific to areas and regions helping to attract Caffeine Crawl sponsors and participating shops to utilize their partnership with an increased outreach beyond our social media and press coverage. These lists are targeted to a very quality based demographic of consumers interested in specialty coffee, and shop owners and roasters.

- Caffeinecrawl.com has over 40,000 website visitor’s monthly with an average of 3.1 page visits.

- #CaffeineCrawl has been used close to 14,000 times on Instagram alone across the globe, and has become a term within coffee lover’s culture.
