Year 2 of our winter Here & There Caffeine Crawl will be an October through December event across four different cities. For this unique event we bring a smaller sample size of the Caffeine Crawl to a variety of different cities, literally coast-to-coast, over fall and early winter vibes highlighting these coffee scenes. The roster includes college towns, smaller cities, and heavily populated metro neighborhoods.
LAWRENCE
Lawrence and Kansas City share a unique connection, and this fall we’re celebrating it with coffee. On Saturday, October 4, we’re bringing a Caffeine Crawl to Lawrence, taking you across both sides of the Kansas River at the height of the season. This special route showcases Lawrence’s vibrant coffee scene against the backdrop of crisp fall colors.
NASHVILLE
We’re thrilled to finally bring the Caffeine Crawl to one of the most exciting cities in the country—Nashville! Join us Saturday, November 22, for a caffeinated adventure through six standout local spots. This special route celebrates Nashville’s vibrant coffee culture, set against the backdrop of crisp fall colors as we head into Thanksgiving. This Nashville Caffeine Crawl is part of our Here & There* series. Get ready to sip, learn, and connect with industry pros while enjoying a lineup of excellent coffees.
SPRINGFIELD
We’re returning to Springfield, MO with a fresh event format to celebrate a caffeinated holiday experience! Join us on Saturday, December 6th, for a coffee holiday-mart hosted at Copper Canyon Coffee Roasters from 9:30 to 11:30 am.
This family-friendly gathering will feature a pourover bar, espresso and latte station, batch brew setup where you can craft your own cup, plus tea and hot chocolate offerings, live roasting demonstration, and vendors showcasing art and design items. Expect games, giveaways, and more seasonal surprises.
We’ll wrap up with a bonus stop at one of the other participating shops and roasters—true to the classic Caffeine Crawl style. Bring your curiosity and holiday spirit for a morning filled with great coffee and community.
INDIANAPOLIS
Indianapolis has been part of Caffeine Crawl since 2012, becoming the first city in the Eastern Time Zone to join the lineup. This year marks the city’s 11th Caffeine Crawl, taking place on Saturday, December 13th - right in the heart of the pre-holiday season. Expect cozy vibes and incredible cups of coffee to warm the soul as we connect with local industry pros.
WHAT IS A CAFFEINE CRAWL: An organized, guided tour of local and independent caffeine spots. It's the leading event in the country in this category! At each stop attendees will experience a sample drink or chocolate (when chocolatiers participate), plus an educational backstage opportunity with industry pros during that time slot. When you enter coffee shops it's often difficult to engage with baristas, owners, and roasters due to the line, loud equipment, or you might be in a hurry. We connect one side of the bar to the other in a comfortable unpretentious way through Caffeine Crawl. Ticket holders travel via their own transportation, and each route has a guide with them on this organized event. This will be our 166th Caffeine Crawl event, so we've been around the block a few times. Essentially, it’s the coolest and most approachable event revolving around coffee shop culture in the country.
*Our Here & There series is a unique event where we bring a smaller sample size of the Caffeine Crawl to a variety of different cities, literally coast-to-coast, highlighting these coffee, tea, and chocolate scenes, whether in a smaller market, or select areas of a larger city. The roster includes college towns, smaller cities, and heavily populated metro neighborhoods.
